After graduating from Cambridge University with a starred first degree, Ruth practiced at leading UK law firm Slaughter and May across corporate, finance, intellectual property and dispute resolution. Ruth worked in commercial litigation and global regulatory and criminal investigations before moving to the enforcement and market divisions at UK financial regulator the Financial Conduct Authority. Ruth then headed the legal department at the world’s leading low carbon energy brokerage, before founding RZS Legal to bring her broad experience to corporate clients. RZS Legal’s client portfolio includes several of the world’s fastest growing technology companies driving innovation in Ad Tech, Fin Tech, Internet of Things, Med Tech, Digital Services and Marketing.
